Citrulline Malate is a pre cursor to Arginine. It can help users increase nitric oxide levels, which may lead to increased strength and endurance, through the increase in blood flow, glucose uptake and oxygen delivery to the muscles.

BETA ALANINEBeta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid. Beta Alanine's main effect comes from its ability to boost the synthesis of carnosine. This can help ward off fatigue leading to more intense and longer training sessions.

Many users experience intense vasodilatation/pumps from the very first dose of Beta Alanine as carnosine is a powerful precursor in generating nitric oxide synthase.

L-ARGININE:  L-Arginine is a non-essential amino acid, it is an ideal pre-workout ingredient as it is largely responsible for Nitric Oxide production in the body, which can assist with oxygen transport to the muscles.

L-Arginine is naturally found in the daily diet in foods such chicken and beef.

Tyrosine:  Tyrosine is a non essential amino acid that is chemically a pre-cursor to adrenaline. Tyrosine plays a role in the production of neurotransmitters (brain messengers) such as Dopamine and Norepinephrine.  It is for this reason Tyrosine has gained popularity as a pre-workout ingredient.

Caffeine: Caffeine is a stimulant used to awaken and enhance alertness. It is the most widely used psychoactive stimulant. It is completely legal and largely found in all diets.
